If you’re European, in a couple of weeks you will be denied any and all access to fandom contents on Tumblr and everywhere else on the internet. Here’s why.
On June, 20th the JURI of European Parliament approved of the articles 11 and 13 of the new Copyright Law. These articles are also known as the “Link Tax” and the “Censorship Machines” articles.
Articles 13 in particular forces every internet platform to filter all the contents we upload online, ending once and for all the fandom culture. Which means you won’t be able to upload any type of fandom works like fan arts, fan fictions, gif sets from your favourite films and series, edits, because it’s all copyrighted material. And you won’t also be able to share, enjoy or download other’s contents, because the use of links will be completely restricted.
But not everything’s lost yet. There’s another round of voting scheduled for the early days of July.
What you can do now to save our internet, is to share these informations with all of your family members and friends, and to ask to your MEP (the members of the European Parliament from your country) to vote NO at the next round, to vote against articles 11 and 13.

European here, it IS true. Please help us! If you think this law won’t come to America later on then you are WRONG. We have to stop it right now before the EU ‘’inspires’’ other countries to do the same thing. Bloggers, youtubers, streamers and any other person that relies on fair use, will be in serious trouble. It also compromises our fast way of information spreading. That’s the main reason they voted for this law. They don’t give a shit about copyright.

Killing Stalking chapter 38 breakdown
After the theme park Bum absolutely Sangwoo go out to eat and drink. Sangwoo admitting he learned a little more about Bum today at the park, Bum likes frogs. Bum his happy and admits he’s slightly embarrassed at his age to like frogs. Sangwoo flat out bluntly agrees and says it’s stupid….😐 Then says it’s also cute (like those backhanded compliments pickup artist do) Bum is having a new experience getting drunk this time around instead of with his uncle. Bum for a little while was having a good time till Sangwoo, Sangwooed it.
First complaining the table of old people were too noisy and annoying….. then proceeds to be loud and disruptive 😂. Sangwoo while intoxicated thinks he sees the woman he killed in chapter 2 sitting in the restaurant. Bum tries to get him to lower his voice but Sangwoo is all too confident. Sangwoo eases Bum’s paranoia saying no one can hear them since it’s already so loud in the restaurant. Bum is somewhat put to ease then ask Sangwoo what she said to him to continue his story…..
This fucker goes broadway and acts out her screaming and choking (I can’t with this psycho *face palms* lol) Sangwoo is waaaay to cocky, but can you blame him? He’s had how many victims with out being detected and escaped arrest! Bum is freaking out because the whole room falls silent and I don’t know if the stares were real or from Bum’s perspective. Sangwoo slams his hands and scares Bum to “pay attention to your husband” Bum is very uncomfortable now o_o
Sangwoo seems like he’s coming back down, telling Bum to eat up for tonight. Implying they gonna do it. Bum gets embarrassed fast and Sangwoo is having fun messing with him. Look at that face he looks so smug *glares*

Bum is just so modified, and Sangwoo keeps saying sex out loud. It’s kinda funny. Bum is probably thinking “the fuck is wrong with you?!”
The excitement gets to Bum and he runs out and throws up. Sangwoo follows to watch him throw up. Bum stares at Sangwoo and I guess he got uncomfortable with how he was staring at him cause he turns away.
Here we go, another bright idea from Sangwoo. Let’s have someone who doesn’t know how to drive, drive! Sangwoo ego can’t any form of disrespect. Even when it’s honking honking! He never likes to feel like someone though little of him.
He likes to let on how fearless he is, like he’s not afraid of getting hit by a car yet when that truck pulled up mofo yanked that wheel to safety.
So here we go.. the intimate scene but here’s what I want to talk about. Look how sad Bum is when Sangwoo rejects giving him a bj. hurt… down right HURT! Look at them eyes tearing up. Sangwoo will never do that for him why because he’s too prideful in himself. To do that he feels like it’s him bowing down instead of a reciprocal thing you do for your partner. So every time he had Bum do it it wasn’t for affection it was for pleasuring his ego and self. He even gives some bullshit excuse to Bum. Bum I feel doesn’t believe it but doesn’t want to displease Sangwoo or ruin the moment just continue on him.

Considering Sangwoo’s ‘’I win’’ comment. He won the mind game of control that he and Bum were having (they always have them). You’re forgetting that Bum is a stalker that likely suffers from Borderline personality disorder. He’s also had multiple psychotic breakdowns. He is just as dangerous for people mentally as Sangwoo is physically. Bum is a manipulator, slowly infiltrating Sangwoo’s mind, wearing him down. Bum does not realize this however. He doesn’t know that he’s a player in the game.
The manga shows Sangwoo in all of his glory. Apart from his past they show everything about his character. It’s not the same with Bum. They are hiding his darker side. There’s a really good discussion about this on Reddit and I highly recommend people to read it. It’s really interesting and it might blow your mind!
